I wanted to share an update on behalf of the team at Because Health. First, our thoughts go out to everyone affected by COVID-19. This is an unprecedented global event that’s impacting each and every one of use -- please know that we are sending our thoughts to you and our entire community.
As always, our first priority is always the health and well-being of our customers, doctors, employees, and partners. Because of this, we are and will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation with well-being and safety top of mind.

We’re also working hard to support our network of providers. Because Health products come with access to specialist physicians, pharmacy partners, or our CLIA-certified lab partners.
Many of our physicians are independent providers who, now, have had to limit their office hours and access. As you can imagine, this is having a big impact on them.
We are working with these doctors to help them in any way we can during this period while still ensuring quality patient care -- even if you can’t get to the doctor. We are increasing access to doctors’ relevant expertise on Because Health and helping with logistics, marketing and operations through the platform. Your continued support is also helping these providers stay strong.
